Who's infected? The kid? And why does he look like the kid from the school?
I would not want to be on a plane full of zombies. It's bad enough with screaming kids.

He doesn't look like Tobias. Tobias had terrible acne.
Something I don't understand is, is stuff already starting to go bad? Everyone on the plane already looks super nervous, and not normal flying nervous.

I believe they at least know that people are getting sick and have probably heard/seen some disturbing news reports. Plus they were one of the last planes allowed to take off with all the other grounded.

I think some people must know things are bad, because they hear screaming and one chick pulls down a window shade.
Plus, it part 3 the kid mentions having been grounded and people were waiting to get on flights. It would seem a lot of flights aren't flying, but probably most people don't know why.

I have a feeling that the kid's mom knows, which is why she put him on the plane ( and then gets attacked while on the phone, I guess.)
