s3e09 of L.A. Law. I'm almost halfway through whole run of the show (7 seasons). Finding it more entertaining than I recall.

"The Wild Wild West" The Night of the Puppeteer (TV Episode 1966) - IMDb

Oh, GOD, what an episode! With most episodes of the "Wild, Wild, West", it is understandable of why they were such a hit (because they were the best thing around), but this one hits straight to the core in its first watched aspect. One is locked in with intensity and the surprises are still startling.
