I'm liking both of the new judges. And the schtick between Adam and Blake is getting old. Hope they figure out something new between them soon.
I've seen We McDonald before but can't place her. Not my taste in music but she has a gorgeous voice. Loved Billy Gillman. He has a really nice tone to his voice. Not sure what Blake saw in Dan Shafer. He seems nice and I'd have felt bad if he didn't get thru but not because he's a great singer.
Not a loss at all. I can watch the singers clips online if I wish, and avoid all the MC nonsense. Or I can simply skip the season completely. I so rarely watch TV that to try and make time for a weekly show is a huge effort, so skipping it just makes things easier for me.

I'm surprised I haven't had a sudden spike of disgust when watching Miley, she seems to be doing pretty well. Her ability as a coach is yet to be determined. Alicia is awesome.
Yeah I agree, Blake and Adam are laying the banter on thick. It's like the producers were telling them to keep at it, people love it - only when it's sincere, guys. Maybe they should make out one of these times, just a thought.

I don't hate Miley, but so far - I haven't seen a blind audition I wanted to run out and buy. I do know Nolan Neal from last season is back and I liked him!
I saw an article online that Billy Gilman was auditioning, so I had to go watch the clip. What the heck? I mean, I love Billy. But it seems wrong to have an artist on there that has already been a star (I own 2 of his CDs!)
That said, he sang beautifully, just as I would have expected. I think I like his version better than Adele's.

I think in Dan Shafer - he saw someone as battle round/knock out fodder.
