Sky King?! I never missed an episode! It was part of the Saturday lineup.

A while back I did some looking around for Sky King and found a bunch of articles discussing how it inspired an entire generation of kids to grow up and become pilots.

Daktari had the cross-eyed lion. I was very cross-eyed as a kid, and loved watching that show and having that in common with the lion.

Also remember Big Ben a little, but not the cowboy one.

I remember seeing a few episodes of Flipper as a very small child. But I have never heard of the other programs/series mentioned.
