That's who were missing Joe & Graham! Duh! I really like their vibes, I don't care for Christina!

I agree with the criticism about the loss of Joe and Graham - it really hurts the show. I also hate Christina. It's not about guys vs girls, there are plenty of capable female culinary experts I would love to listen to, as long as they grab someone actually skilled and authoritative and not some Food Network personality. I just don't think that Christina carries much authority, and I don't particularly like her feedback. as I think someone else said, she seems to almost parrot Gordon a lot of the time.
The new guy is not bad, but seems like he's not permanent. It's definitely become the GR cooking hour which is fine except that's not the premise of the show. Pee-Wee Herman is plain annoying.
As for Christina, she seems OK, but has little apparent Charisma or pop, whatever her real personality is - it doesn't shine though on the show. I think of her as 5 oz of Gordon, 8 oz of Graham; and a pinch of Joe. If they have not already done so, they need to have Christina do a few cooking demonstrations as Gordon often has in order to provide her some credibility.
Gordon demands - not perfection - but great care and effort. He is a harsh taskmaster where the job is concerned, but also seems likable and caring on a personal level.
Joe was often vicious and mostly hard to please, but when he was pleased, he made it apparent.
Graham was very likable and seemed to be a calming voice for the contestants. He seemed to give the most advice on how a contestant could have improved their dish.
Aron Sanchez seems to be holding his own. It will be interesting to see how long before they replace him with the "New Col. Sanders."
I thought it was funny when Gordon first seemed to be criticizing Alejandro (either this year's winner or first runner up) for the extra lobster meat, Aron looked like he was ready to bust. Then chilled when Gordon turned it into a compliment.
After they have tried most of the guest judges, it would be interesting if they allowed the 5 top contestants to select the permanent replacement.

I actually liked the Latino guest chef. I didn't think any of the judges were cruel, just more honest and not letting contestants get away with mediocre dishes. I do think that Christina just echoes Gordon. She doesn't seem to have much of mind of her own, and possibly could be because she was basically a pastry chef, and not a culinary expert like Gordon.
I assume he's referring to Aron Sanchez who has guest judged twice now.
