Nooooooooo! I really like the show. And personally I think cutting everyone off from their livelihood because of their personal opinions/comments/religious beliefs/political leanings, etc. has gotten way out of hand.

When you work for a brand that brand has the right to disassociate itself when you start acting nasty.

people are under the misconception that freedom of speech means freedom of consequences. You freely have the right to spout stupidity and insult folks. just don't get mad when those folks decide to come back on you.
Personally I think Rosanne is a colossal idiot. this is not the first time she has been trashy.
What's the old song "I fight authority and authority always wins" . I feel bad for her costars who are now out of work.
ABC is taking a beating because of it. They really were left with no choice.
I agree. She should’ve kept her mouth shut. Unless she’s been living under a rock, she had to have known the kind of reaction she was gonna get. This ain’t 1997 anymore (for better or worse). She obviously didn’t get the memo.

Horrible loud mouth woman and at her age now should know better.. if she thought this was funny then shes in the wrong profession and might never work again. sadly so will some of the others on her show...
Her apology was as meaningless as her failing career. What she said wasn't "opinion", it was hate speech. There is a difference between expressing an informed opinion based on facts and spewing hateful words just to be mean. Doesn't matter what side of the aisle she's on.
And lets not forget that ABC is owned by DISNEY. If there ever was a company that wants to protect its image its that one
