I can't stand the annoying Progressive commercials. That woman drives me crazy. I rush to my remote to get her off.
I think "Flo" needs to be retired, too. Geico commercials are pretty clever, but just run way too much. Even the Allstate ones with the guy who is the satellite dish, car flag, 4th string quarterback (sorry, I forget his character's name) is getting old quickly.
Right now it's the Tassimo coffee maker robot. "What can I do for yoooou". It's actually not a bad ad, but the utterly ridiculous frequency on MSNBC (which tends to be my background noise channel) makes me truly wonder if the machine is overpriced. It HAS to be, to justify the multi-millions they must be spending to show that same commercial 20 times an hour, around the clock.
I understand they're aiming at the holiday shoppers, I do!
But annoying the heck out of possible buyers is not a good plan, to my way of thinking.
That Honda "Holiday" commercial is way overplayed! Good thing it is only for the holidays though! I swear it comes on my tv like 10 times a day, if not more.
I hate ads! Sometimes they show an a certain ad, go to another ad, then repeat the first, etc., etc.. I want an automatic AD ZAPPER for Christmas! Come on, surely some genius can do this! I usually turn off the sound if it's convenient, but can't always do that. Ughhhhh!
