I was watching with interest to see which foot she insert in her mouth next...and of course Matthew McC was just baiting her. She truly sees the world through rose-colored lenses. And by the way, she way plain annoying and acted stupidly, it has nothing to do with her weight.
I can't believe anyone can be THAT successful with THAT kind of creepy personality. This guy is a successul wall street guy ... I have to think that he wants to do some acting on the side and he's putting on this creepy persona to win a part. Seriously ... can you imagine him at a client meeting trying to win new business with that leering and yucky conversation???
I googled the serial killer/creepy guy, I was that freaked out. No. He is a legitimate investor/Wall Street guy. In fact I think he might have been on another dating website. And he was quoted on several news sources for his economic insight.
Something very wrong there and I hope the NYPD keeps an eye on him.
Some of those people that come in to make the cut for her mixers are actors, though. On "Television Without Pity" some of the people recognized some of them. Remember the girl with the horrible teeth? Actor. She's appeared on quite a few things, such as Elimidate or something like that. I suspect the teeth were fake, too.
So this stuff is a mixture of real and fake.
And yes, because the folks that go on tv get it for gratis, they may not be as serious as Patti's other clients. Some do want to just be seen.

I completely disagree that it has nothing to do with her weight. I think it's visual evidence that she's completely in denial about many things. I don't think that's true for every heavyset person, but I think it's true with her.
