Okay, all you sci-fi geeks out there, which robotic-based creatures do you consider to have been deadliest to Earth and man's existence upon it?

The fifth choice is "other" in which case you can post your answer, please tell us from what source your robot comes (TV, movies, books...name please).

I'd have to go with replicators just because they were the rats/roaches of technology. They could eat anything, their reproduction rate was insane and they were damn near indestructible. The others were all tough but once you got through their technology you could kill them.

Well the Daleks are pretty deadly, however they move around on little caster wheels. So if you want to get away from them you just go upstairs

I'm going with the Cylons. They nuked so Caprica and several other planets inhabited by humans. That's pretty deadly.

The Daleks were why I said robotic-based. At some point, they told us there were humanoids inside the shells--in fact, they were us from the future, if I remember right.

That's the Toclafane.

The Daleks are aliens. They come from the planet Skaro and were once known as the Kaleds/Dals! But During their nuclear war with the Thals (Who also shared Skaro. ), the scientist Davros, started experimenting on the Kaled population and his experiments, became the 'blob like' Daleks.
