I assume you mean "stiff" as in "corpse" since most channels are a joke.

Nat Geo - I guess - mostly by default. Like Biography, History Channel was good when it first came out, but has become a joke. Between their obnoxious "MTV style" of programming (images rarely staying on the screen for more than a second and similar "in your face" horrific camera work) and the ads flitting across the screen almost non-stop while the programs are playing, I'd rather watch a test pattern. Discovery has also become a joke - used to be at least semi-intellectual, but now has all this UFO BS and such.

Frankly I'm amazed anyone watches more than a token amount of TV any more.
