I'm assuming that it's not part of any extension talk as well.

We need to somehow get the $2,400 exemption back as well.

No more FAC as of December 11. This has been addressed/discussed in a thread that was started on December 5 --

Default FAC - a thing of the past

Those who had initial claims beginning in June 2010 and later, never received FAC payments or the COBRA subsidy.

More specifically, if you filed a claim for regular unemployment benefits on or before May 23, 2010, you are eligible to continue to collect the $25 weekly FAC payment through December 11, 2010 (or until your last unemployment payment, whichever comes first). So people who opened new claims after May 23 never even got the FAC.

If you qualified for the COBRA premium subsidy program on or before May 31, 2010, you are still eligible to collect up to 15 months of that subsidy. If you were involuntarily terminated after May 31, 2010, you were not eligible for the COBRA premium subsidy.
