Sounds like the database was updated. At least it isn't telling you your claim is exhausted or under review. Progress. If you receive direct deposit, you might have money in your account tomorrow.

No doubt, as you said, the computer upgrade, whatever they were doing, is the problem. They are probably swamped with calls today from people in your situation.

Grrr...I have been waiting for them to put me back on euc because of that alternate base period crap for almost the whole month. Tonight the site finally told me I dont have enough wages to qualify and " no payment has been made this week". How long after getting that message in your claim info did you have to wait for a payment?
