Hello.

Extended Benefits ended in NY a couple of weeks ago, but thankfully NY triggered Tier 4 for an additional 6 weeks of coverage. While on Extended Benefits, I had been sending in a work search form to Albany at the end of each month. Am I required to continue doing this while on Tier 4?
