This is pretty common. The issue is that at the BYE is no waiting week, which confuses them. Generally, you will get a check for one week and then a claim form that is due the next week for 2 weeks. Look at the dates ont eh claim forms.

By all means call them, but this is very likely what is happening...it is what happened to me...

Thanks again for your help. I emailed them and explanation Sunday. I am waiting for their response.

Got a call from them today. Unfortunately I was out looking for work. They said they were looking into it and it would take 7-10 days and I could call them if I needed more info. I wonder if they laughed a little when they said that.
