Has EUC been extended or is it going to run out this month?

I still haven't heard anything since I filed I filed a new claim. I emailed them last thursday but no response yet. The only thing I've received is a "notice to claimant regarding benefits paid pending appeal".

It basically says I can continue to receive benefits pending the boards decision on the appeal by my employer. But as my old claim ran out and I haven't heard anything about the new claim, getting this notice doesn't make any sense.

I'm getting frustrated now since it's been 3 weeks since I applied..

Clarification and update:

My online account shows my Tier 1 balance, last payment and benefit amount. I was told that once I was healthy and available to work, this balance would pay out at the same rate.

However, now being farther along in the calendar and having my new claim denied (and seeming to have the Federal EUC reinstated as Ariadne 22 said), I am awaiting adjudication of my termination for exceeding medical leave (for the OJI at another employer) and apparently evaluation of my WC status.

Question: (Assuming an extension, of course) Can I consider my EUC benefits to pay out as they did before (and under the monetary circumstances of that time), or am I screwed because I do not meet the 40x/1.5x requirement under the quarters that applied to my new claim (which was denied for that reason.)

I am now not sure if I will resume my EUC Tier 1 benefits.

Any thoughts?
