Hi, I've been out of work for a couple of months. I'm wondering if I can receive benefits filing for unemployment for the months I've been without work. I've been applying to different jobs.

What documentations do I need?

I'm located in USA Florida Miami

No. You can't claim benefits for time in the past. Only for time starting now, going forward.

No. Eligibility for benefits begins when you file your application. You don't need any special documents. You should have applied immediately when you lost your last job. Go online and file for benefits now before wages age out of your base period.
