1. denied for regular ui but approved for PUA

2. after a 3-4 weeks or so on PUA, was switched to REGULAR UI since it was a new quarter and this time qualified for regular ui

3. Exhausted the regular ui

4. now on FPUC which runs out dec 26
You exhausted on a regular UI claim and are now on PEUC 13 week extension. The fact that you were on PUA for 3/4 weeks should have no bearing on the EB (extended benefits). Temporary changes to EB under CARES said that you have to have exhausted regular UI and PEUC and not eligible for a new UI claim (which you're not since you only opened up the claim this year).
