did a search but could not get a clear answer to my question, it was to my understanding that after regular benefits runs out, u can then apply and be switched to PEUC, which is a extra 13 weeks of benefits, but im seeing that even after PEUC is done, there is 20 week EXTENDED BENEFITS? and if so, is that for every state, or only some?

I'm in a similar position right now. My 26 regular weeks just expired so I tried calling IDES to see if a claim is automatically filed for me for the next federal 13 weeks or if I have to do it myself. I tried doing it myself online and received an error message. I tried calling IDES to speak to a representative but reached vm so I left my number for someone to return my call.
Certainly not the same in every state. I am in North Carolina. Original benefit 12 weeks PEUC 13 weeks then extended benefits which were supposed to run 9.5 weeks. Due to the fact the reported UI rate fell to 7.9% my benefits will only run 6 weeks. So all in all with the PEUC North Carolina is only paying for 31 weeks in total. I would be interested to hear if this has happened to anyone else.

Article from 9/18/20 on the subject for Florida. Yikes says will have EB application ready in December.
DEO activates Extended Benefits program to provide additional unemployment assistance
Florida Department of Economic Opportunity activated the federal Extended Benefits program Friday to continue to help provide unemployment assistance to Floridians during the pandemic.
According to the DEO press release, Extended Benefits is a federal program implemented by the state. Extended Benefits authorizes up to an additional six weeks of benefits to eligible individuals who have exhausted Reemployment Assistance benefits during periods of high unemployment.
DEO says it’s working diligently to stand up the Extended Benefits program as quickly as possible. The department anticipates having the Extended Benefits application completed and ready for Floridians in December.
Floridians who have exhausted their state Reemployment Assistance and their Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation benefits and may be eligible for Extended Benefits will receive the opportunity to apply for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance. Individuals are told to review the application for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance and apply to determine if they are eligible.
Once Extended Benefits is available in the CONNECT system, the department will do continued outreach to those individuals to ensure they are receiving benefits from the appropriate program.

Keep in mind 31 December is when these various programs under CARES act officially end. However last week of benefits ends 26 December 2020. Just as with that $600 payments there aren't partial weeks of UI benefits and December ends on a Thursday.
Those who file claims for week ending 26 December will receive payments week of 28 December. But there's nothing after that unless Congress passes some sort of extension that is signed into law.

As mentioned above PEUC, PUA and FPUC $600s (retro paid) go away week ending 12/26/20. However you still would be able to receive the state-federal EB extended benefits if your state is still triggered on to EB. EB is not part of CARES Act and only is to the extent that there were temporary changes to the EB guidelines due to the implementation/relationship of the other federal unemployment programs (PEUC, PUA, and FPUC).
"Without new legislation, unemployed workers no longer will be able to claim PEUC or PUA after December 31, even if they have weeks still available, but they can continue to claim any regular state UI or EB to which they are entitled."
So if EB is still triggered on in December for Florida and you meet the EB eligibility rules you should be able to get the 6 weeks of EB after UI & PEUC.
Keep in mind 31 December is when these various programs under CARES act officially end.
Happy New Year!
