How long do you think it will take before states get the program implemented?

Dunno about your state, but on Friday I looked at the New York State DoL site and saw that I had a maximum of 46 weeks of benefits.

Today I looked again and saw that it had changed to a maximum of 60 weeks. I don't know if that means the extensions have been implemented into their software when filing claims, but at least they updated the information to reflect the new tiers.

As of this morning - July 23, 2010 Illinois has not updated their site. I received my information sheet to verification from my last call in certification (which I was told to continue to do since benefits stopped). It always gives me a new call in date, however; indicates nothing new has passed yet.
