Itanimulli.com is registered to a private individual that lives in Utah. He's configured the web server hosting his domain to reply to requests for his home page with a "301" response. In HTTP-speak, that means "moved permanently." As part of the 301, a new address is returned, which the browser knows to follow. In this case, he's redirecting to nsa.gov.

The exact same thing happens when you click on one of those "short" URLs on twitter or whatever.

So now that you have a basic understanding of what's going on there, so unless you think that "John" in Provo is an NSA shill, you can dismiss this particular bit of paranoid fantasy. With any luck, you'll seek some education on the other bits, and maybe in time, you can join the rest of us in reality.
