Chemtrails haven't been confirmed yet but the rest has.
It's also been proven that paid shills called "sock puppets" often try to derail legitimate on-line discussion by pejoratively labeling those who merely ask questions as "conspiracy theorists".

It's also interesting that these aircraft are equipped with exotic, radio frequency based, equipment that may possibly be used to affect the central nervous system of the people down below.

For the first time ever, an FBI official has gone on the record to acknowledge the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in American airspace for surveillance. Perhaps more surprisingly, when Senator Chuck Grassley asked Director Muller about policies, procedures and limits the FBI sets for using drones on U.S. soil, Muller admitted that at this point, the FBI has none."

Given Dick Cheney's past involvement with the CIA's mind control program MK-Ultra, I'm not at all surprised he's also complicit in this.
I’ve been doing a lot of research on this fascinating topic. My hypothesis so far is that former Vice President Dick Cheney and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld reconstituted MKULTRA in 2000 after coming back in to office. They had helped cover up the CIA’s previous transgressions in to mind control research while serving in the Nixon administration and knew full-well the potential of such a program. Then around 2005 or so they put this new iteration of MKULTRA in to effect to discredit whistleblowers or to drive them to suicide. My research shows that an unusual number of Iraq War veterans who claimed to be involved in Bush administration war crimes have gone on to commit suicide. Many of these soldiers reported symptoms shocking similar to what targeted individuals claim to experience. This is really scary stuff!

Since the human brain has magnetite biomineralization, it's very troubling that spurious radio frequencies are emanating from these FBI planes. It's entirely possible that some people are made to hear intracranial voices with this RF based technology. Many believe that's exactly what was done to the DC Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis to drive him to his violent rampage. Look up "microwave auditory effect" to learn more.
