The photo reminds me of one of the low budget sci-fi monster B-movies from the 1950's.

It does. But that was just a stock photo. The original link actually has a video the person took of the supposed lizard man.

It is of course far away and dark, so can't see much. But it isn't the ridiculous photo either.

Thanks Mark. I just now watched the video. I agree, it isn't clear enough to make out any details. Not sure what the white things are supposed to be. It looks fake with someone in the dark and in the distance wearing a homemade suit. A handy way to keep the tale going.
