One of the things I am struggling with is there does not appear to be actual skulls that contain double rows of teeth, just old newspaper articles circa 1860-1910 stating such. It was a very common story that never manifested itself in an actual artifact, sort of fad in reporting of the era.
In regard to your paritnerial plate or double rows of teeth, where can one go to examine one of these skulls, as in an actual physical artifact. I travel all over the country and in particular to D.C. and I modestly confident if it is in an archive affiliated with the Smithsonian I can speak to the proper curator about it or potentially see it even if it is not on exhibit (most of there stuff is not on public display).

I have read many things that mention the double rows of teeth, they usually also mention them having 6 fingers and 6 toes on each hand/foot, and having red hair as well. Ive not seen any skulls with double rows of teeth, Ive never even seen anyone attempt to hoax such a thing either! I may be wrong, but I believe the reference of double rows of teeth, came from descriptions of the original Nephilim, (Book of Enoch).
I would bet the skulls mentioned in that book only had one paritnerial skull plate (even if it didnt mention it), Im not sure if it would be possible to inquire to someone about this and find out if it does.
