We enjoy Jezer's photos in the Other Topics threads all the time; it's good to see them being shared elsewhere. His pictures provide a welcome "armchair traveler" experience for those of us who are not able to go and see the world. His adorable companion that you see in the photo previous is a mascot of sorts for many of us.

Jez, may you have missed your calling as a photographer of places historic and serene?

Last Autumn I was in a wood near Burley ( (In)Famous for Witchcraft) and in the short walk from the car park down to the village came across two families of Pigs and piglets, it is like stepping back in time.

You know after viewing the vid I have to say that there is something that's almost indescribable when looking at the English landscape. It's a combination of sight, emotion and memory all working together to fashion an aesthetic of great natural beauty within the country. The Trust is doing its job very well by taking care of that heritage.

The beauty of Britain in the videos and pics. gives me a great deal of pleasure, watching the video of the South West brings back many memories of wonderful holidays, having lived in Australia for nearly 40 years i miss the the history and the feel of belonging.
Thanks Jezer and Dizzy.
