Cannibus in Glasgow Green today (inspection, law, club)

While walking the dog we heard music coming from a marquee and quite a lot of people gathered sitting on the grass , as we approached we saw a bus with Cannibus on the side.... on closer inspection it was pro cannibas lobby... at one point they were all told to stand up and blow smoke, the place was comvered in smoke and it drifted all over.... I wondered if this was against the law but there were half a dozen policemen scattered around and they did nothing... surely in a public place with children this cant be allowed.

Nice, Glasgow needs cannabis in the worst way. The days of the Gorbals are over but apparently Scots still have relatively short life spans among first-world nations and their rates of alcohol, tobacco and heroin abuse are high.

If they could shift to a greener, healthier vice (cannabis), public health officials should rejoice. Just keep the tobacco out of the spliffs.

The annual 4/20 "Cheech and Chong Fan Club Convention" is underway in downtown Ottawa. I'm trying not to inhale too deeply.

On a related note: I see on the news that the laws to legalize mary jane in Canada will be introduced in a year, spring of 2017.
