British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was admitted to hospital for tests on Sunday in what Downing Street said was a “precautionary step” because he was showing persistent symptoms of coronavirus 10 days after testing positive for the virus.

This is not good news for Boris. If you are taken to a hospital, it means your respiratory condition is getting worse. And if he ends up on a ventilator his chances are bleaker, with the published mortality between 67 and 90%. Sorry, this is the reality of the worsening of COVID 19 and its progression.
