Erm, no it isn't.

Anyhoo, as for the main question, I don't think they're very common. I've lived in England all my life (I know, I even feel sorry for myself ) and I've never heard of anything that interesting or exciting happening here.

But, but, how can that be? Guns were banned in the UK.

The fact that guns are banned here is the reason gun crime levels are at nothing like the level that the US suffers from.

Yes it is, Africa is a continent not a country. It's also the 2nd largest in the world.

Of course you're right scotslass. You have been to the states more than I have can you charge a minor with premeditated murder in the states?
How do you know how many times i've been to the states? It doesn't take the brain of Britain to know that the US has more gun crime than the UK but im sure you already knew that. Eh

To answer your question "yes" if he is convicted that kid will go to a juvenile detention centre.

I know Africa is a continent but What! said "America is actually two continents: South America and North America". North Africa and South Africa aren't two continents, they're a geographical region and a country.

Our gun crimes are higher (we have more criminals) but it seems that someone forgot to inform your criminal elements that they needed to turn in their guns.....

28 gun crimes committed in UK every day - Telegraph

I understand your politicians are now having to deal with an increase in "blade related" crimes. What do you think they'll do about that?

yes they are. which is why citizens and cops should have them here as well as there. but more important that should be allowed to use them without fear of incarceration and law suits. then crime would plummet.
