the only thing about this video is that in the end Ian Paisley said yes, yes, yes.

For him, it must have been a bitter pill to swallow shaking the hands of Adams and McGuinness.

I agree with your sentiments, no more violence. I've seen enough in my lifetime.

We badly miss her when we see today's leaders.
Her and Ronnie.
In my view, the only politician in the "Western" world that has guts today is ...not even in the West, namely it is Wladimir PUTIN.

Lady Thatcher and President Reagan were not just political allies but warm and close friends. How I wish they were still in office.

As an American I have nothing but the deepest respect for Lady Thatcher and recall the incredible warm relationship she shared with President and Mrs. Reagan both politically and as dear friend. I recall watching President Reagan's funeral and seeing Lady Thatcher in a very frail but very determined state of mind pay her respects to her old friend and ally. She is fondly remembered as a conservative ally to the Republican Party here in the United States.

Do you actually remember Margaret Thatcher? I would have thought you would be too young.

To have voted in the 1979 election, you would have to 48 years old.
