I remember my parents taking us kids to the Chiam Cafe after moving to Orem Ut. I was probably 7 or 8. The tables with booths each had one of those small 'juke boxes' on the wall and it was fun to look through the songs and play them. What I miss is the friendly atmosphere and the familiar faces. Does anyone remember the huge egg rolls? Since the Chiam Cafe closed, I've gone from one chinese restaurant after another and have never found any egg rolls even close to being as good as the ones at the Chiam Cafe. The Cashew Chicken. I've always wanted the recipe for both.
