Does anyone know of a nice place for my mom to live in her new 5th wheel in vancouver? She is a senor citizen on a fixed income. She is open to a private location, as well as an rv/mobile home park.

check area north of Andreson Home Depot (72nd Ave?, across from 'Bargain Barn') There are 2 (age 55+) MHP that may have LT RV parking. Also solicit areas of Pleasant Valley, Glenwood, Manor for rural spots. I think it is ideal to have a 'tenant' that is capable of feeding my farm dogs and cats and doing light gardening / mowing. I'm sure others could use some barter 'help' if she is able. Need to be somewhat careful on zoning, as county / city is pretty picky about 'granny flats' (need to be FAMILY, which is sad, cuz many younger families and older people NEED family / adopted grandparent)

How close does she need to be to Vancouver? what area preferred? Does she drive? Can she ride a mower? Does she want a garden spot?
