I've made this a few times and it is really good. Vegetarian, not vegan, although it could easily be adapted. Nothing fancy, but really good.

First up is one of the Morningstar Asian Veggie burgers. Cook that as directed.

Make the oriental dressing:

3Tablespoons mayo
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp soy sauce (low salt)
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger

mix together, refrigerate 1/2 hour.

Melt some Swiss cheese on it. Spread the bun, top and bottom with the oriental dressing. Put on a bun along with lettuce and mung bean sprouts and a couple slices of water chestnuts.

Enjoy!
