Does anyone know of any municipalities in Chittenden or Franklin Counties that do not have zoning boards, commissions or ordinances? We're having a really tough time opening a business and dealing with people in zoning offices that simply don't like the business due to their politics. Help!?!

Good Luck. (former Vermonter) In that area probably not, but I will defer to someone that lives there, if anyone reads this post. Let me guess, it involves industry. Or firearms. Or noise. Or something favored by conservatives.

The NEK has several such towns. I know of none in Chittenden County.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to guess the type of business.

Thanks everyone. We have finally secured a location in Fairfax for the business and yes, it is ammo manufacturing (not firearms, just ammo). Will be launching website for sales by August 1.
