People who upgraded to the One version said the graphics are an incredible difference.. I wouldn't know, but that's what they've all said. Maybe you can find a video online where it compares both of them. If you absolutely love the game and are addicted, I would upgrade but it's a lot of money to upgrade just to play almost the same game. Maybe trade in your GTA V on xbox 360 and grab one for the One at Gamestop?
It depends how much you play it. I play Gta Online almost everyday, so it was worth it for me to upgrade to where my friends were playing. Your online character will transfer from the old console, but if you prefer playing the story, you will have to start from the beginning.
The only thing I'm having trouble with on the PC version is that despite me having an SSD, the load times aren't that great. On top of that, I can't choose the server I want to go to, so I have to wait twice to join a friend. I've lost connection a few times and have randomly been booted out of servers.
Granted these problems could be due to my WiFi connection which isn't all that great either. That being said, the rest of my games work just fine online.
