i was traveling down rt28 this morning on my way to work at 7am. I was pulled over by a fairfax county officer, we he asked me for my license and didnt ask for my registration. and he told me that he got me goin 81 on a 55 but the ticket he gave me says reckless driving 86 on a 55, so now i have to go to court for going 31 miles per hour. i know its a serious ticket but i have no money to afford a lawyer at this time. any suggestions??

There has been a rash of these lately. The state is making money now.

1. Take out a second mortgage on your house.

2. Pay the fine.

3. Slow down.

Whether it be 81 or 86 mph, its still reckless driving and these days in VA, there is pretty much nothing you can do. With the new fines I believe the judges in court are not even allowed to lessen the fines. They are busting people like CRAZY on our interstates in Hampton Roads....good luck
