Hello,

I am currently living in Northern Virginia and commuting back and forth to Rockville (which is getting to be a bit much) so I'm looking at moving very close to where I currently work. I would like to be as close as possible to the Shady Grove Rd exit off of 270.

I already know the area decently well - and was thinking of moving to the Kentlands. I'd like to keep the rent under $1100/month for an apartment (one bedroom) - obviously I know that is difficult in this area, but every now and then places have special pricing offers.

Anyway, does anyone know a specific apartment complex in the Kentlands area they could recommend or suggest I look at?

Thank you,
Laura

Base upon your price you need to find another area such as Silver spring/Wheaton.

If you are willing and able to go a little bit over then you should consider the following:

Beacon Place Apartments (in Kentlands)
The Park at Kingsview Village (in Germantown - west of Great Seneca and south of Clopper Road in a decent area)
Courts at Devon (in Kentlands)

You might want to take a look at the Flower Hill area in Gaithersburg.
