Somehow, I doubt that anybody who works with classified material is going to pipe in and say, "HI I work for the ABC Agency and we're doing X."
This is an anonymous website so it should be no problem for them. Besides, The guy who leaked the info. was ranting on his Facebook page against the govt days before and they didn't catch on.

1) This is an anonymous website, true. The issue with that is that everybody here is constantly talking about where they live, where they have lived, where they work, their commute, etc. All that data combined with the fact that many people use common usernames across websites, it wouldn't be hard to figure out who somebody is - and gaining access to the information cleared people have is well worth the time for certain people.
But beyond all that, depending on your level of clearance, there are rules regarding whether you can talk about it. Some people even have to lie about who they work for.
2) That private had access to classified documents - that's how he was able to leak them.

That man was posting under his own name on Facebook and the Army/state dept didn't pick up on it.
