We evacuated for a little while, but now it's back to work. My mom said she felt it in Philly and all of my NYC friends have been texting me about it.

Could Definately feel it in Philly, imagine it was stronger down in DC, hope all is ok there

Felt it pretty good near the White House. Didn't see any damage. Just hope the metro tunnels that go under the Potomac don't spring a leak!
