Well it seems you've already made up your opinion of the place so it would be pretty stupid of any of us to tell you to move there if you already think its a crime-ridden place.

Secondly, you have only spammed this board three times with pretty much the same question already. What is it that you're trying to achieve?

Finally, my experience of Columbia Heights is like that of any growing city---its pretty decent but its got its bad parts. You'd be pretty stupid and unrealistic to expect either a crime-free heaven or a ghetto-like slum with shootouts every hour.
