I was born and raised in neighboring Prince George's County in Maryland, and while although I'm not finished with the DMV yet (especially since I hope to possibly relocate to D.C. one day), the cities that I am interested in moving to sometime in the future would be...

New York City (Particularly Brooklyn or Queens)
Miami (Hopefully it won't be underwater one day)
Atlanta (Look like they have some beautiful sistas down there and some posters have said that the ATL is a nice place to start a family)
Chicago (For a Midwest city, it sure does have a LOT of culture)
Hoboken or Jersey City (Close proximity to the NYC, diverse, and seems walkable)
San Francisco (If I was interested in living out on the West Coast)
Philadelphia (Cheap cost of living and close proximity to D.C., Baltimore, NYC, and Atlantic City)
Toronto (If I were to move outside of the U.S.)

Did I miss the part of the question where you were supposed to boast about Real Estate holdings?

Hard to say as I've barely been anywhere other than DC (SS and Bethesda) and Columbus. Based on what I've heard, I'd say:

SF and maybe Miami (and that would just be because I speak Spanish really well, love arroz con pollo, and adore sexy white Hispanic females)

I definitely would NOT go to NYC. I have seen ZERO attractive women. Also, the quality of the housing is bunk and the people are overly direct to the point of blatant rudeness.

Can't comment on international cities as I have never been to any.

yes that should be the ultimate goal of every person: make as much money as possible with no regards to comfort or personal preferences.

Money can buy you those things though.

I just bought a little place in the Adams Morgan area and don't plan to leave any time soon. But if I were to leave someday, I would almost certainly choose San Francisco. DC and SF are my favorite US cities.
