Hello DC friends,
Moving to DC this summer, initially thought we would be moving in June end so we delayed looking at rentals but suddenly circumstances changed and we need to move in Mid May since we need to prove residency before end May for my daughter's school.
Looking for family friendly, SAFE (very important) 3 BR/ 2Ba (plus parking for 2 cars) rentals on bus line / metro line. Daughter will be traveling to school in West End and we dont want her to change 2 buses/ metros.
Shall appreciate any suggestions for neighborhoods. We ware open to rentals below $4500 per month. Most of the NW rentals are either taken up or not open to renting to families or far from metro/bus line.

Thanks in advance !
