I'm a recent law school grad studying for my state's bar. I have an awkward limbo period between August 1st - December 1st (when my job starts).
My current lease where I am now ends August 1st ... I'm considering moving to DC in early August, but I'd like to find some work to keep me busy/supplement the increase in rent.
Anyways, maybe its a silly question, but if anyone has any suggestions as to where to look for temporary work (I've mainly just searched the washington post, etc.), I'd appreciate it!
Kelly Temporary Services -- they have branches all over the place. My daughter and daughter-in-law have both used them for weeklong or monthlong assignments. They're pretty flexible. Mostly administrative type positions but it's better than nothing.
