Both good questions. Our trends are the same.
In '05, DOM for Gig Harbor was 45, then 56 in '06 and 68 in '07.
Tacoma was 27 in '05, 35 in '06, and 49 in '07.
Port Orchard was 34 in '05, 47 in '06, and 71 in '07.

Home sales dropped pretty significantly.
