I'm happy for you, even if we're being invaded. And bets are you will want to close the door behind you too!

Welcome! I would not miss Yellowstone, even if you only spend a day there.

I'm sure you have your route planned out...but your best bet is to get on I-90 and stay there. Don't go up to I-94, as it takes you too far north, unless you have relatives in North Dakota or Eastern Montana, lol. Plus, if you want to see Mt. Rushmore, I-90 is the closest you will get.

Take the 18 from 90 just west of North Bend, WA and hook up with I-5 to avoid the Seattle crush.

Don,t miss beartooth hwy, ne yellowstone entrance from red lodge mt. NE yellowstone is fantastic and seldom visited. As always... Do National park driving from 5am until 10 am, and noon till 2, then from 5 pm till 10 pm

Get to red lodge via WY 14a from Sheridan to Lovell, WY.

While east, (nebraska) hit Pioneer Village, Ollies big game bar, and Car Henge on your way to Black Hills. I like to stop at wind Caves on a hot day.

Do you have a home or rental lined up?

The reason I ask is the market is rather brisk right now.

My tenant is moving out and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity for me to spend some time reconnecting with the property...

Doesn't appear it's going to happen as the property manager said they already have new tenants lined up.

I did raise the rent 24% after holding steady for many years...
