Someone told me that even though Hanford has been closed down for years there are leaks and people around Walla Walla and Tri-Cities are complaining and getting cancer. Is this a terrible rumor or is there any truth to it? Does anyone know? Also, are there a lot of rattle snakes in the country area around Walla Walla? Thanks for any answer I can get.
