Is how I think on this matter. Avoid goofy, poorly-planned out vaccines and get good sleep, eat right and zinc up.

Worrying so much about getting COVID-19 is just what they want you ta do.

Exhaust yourself and waste your time worrying.

Look, if my personal theory about this mess is correct, then it's going to go on and on and on. But I'm pretty wasted right now dealing with that personal theory of mine in real time (trying to cool down) and don't want to get into it.

So yeah.... delta, huh? Like as in the greek system?

What happens when we get to omega?

Probably the end of the human race.

And vitamin D! Either from sunlight, supplements, or both! It really helps boost the immune system. So does Vit. C.

Ive had Covid and Ive been vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine. Im done. Ill wear a mask if the business requires it but otherwise, I wont bother.

There is too much pant $hitting going on over this. Viruses mutate. Some like HIV mutate so fast there was never hope of any kind of vaccine. This one mutates rather slowly so its easy to track. I trust the science which says the vaccines work well against this variant. Given that, with the exception of some rural and impoverished places that have very low vaccination rates, cases are still plummeting in the US its obvious the vaccine is working and working VERY well.

Life involves some level of risk which is something we seem to have forgotten. If you want to spent you life constantly scared, I pity you. Were all going to be dead soon in 100 years anyway which (in the eyes of eternity) is a very short duration. Dont spend the time you have scared of human contact or not doing the things you enjoy.

Wearing a mask has nothing to being scared.

Masks are for the benefit of OTHERS. (some of your fellow citzens are very vulnerable to infections)
Vaccines are for SELF.

Neither are 100% effective.

Either are a very trivial commitment.

Nah. The message that has been pushed is that getting vaccinated is for the common good. Thats why there is an argument of personal rights vs. community responsibility where vaccines were concerned. Were told to get vaccinated for the benefit of OTHERS.

There is too much sensationalism and the media loves its fear porn. I tend only to pay attention to Dr. Ashih Jah (Dean of school of medicine at Brown), Dr. Scott Gotleib (former FDA commissioner) and I look at the statistics from the New York Times and Johns Hopkins. Those two have been the most accurate throughout the pandemic. I respect Dr. Faucci and I thank him for sticking his neck out on this, but I do think the other two have had a better record.

What the SCIENCE says is that, because Ive had Covid and been vaccinated with Pfizer, Im have little risk to myself and OTHERS.
