16.3C and showery at 9.30am. We're meant to get a high of just 17C today with more showers, definitely on the low side for July. Overnight low was 14.6C.

Now currently down to our daily low of 14.2C despite it being lunchtime. Heavy blustery showers all morning yet the rain gauge 7 miles away has only picked up 3.5mm, hmm... Shame we couldn't have waited another week for this weather, since that would be the first day of the British Open golf, which is only an hour away from London (as close as it gets)

In New York City: 90 degrees with a heat index at 92 degrees. Sunny and without a cloud in the sky.

In Seattle: 57 degrees. Cloudy, foggy, and with some drizzle.

I live in both places but I am in NYC right now.
I definitely prefer NYC weather today over Seattle weather.

There are plenty of times I like cloudy, foggy, rainy weather but not in Early July.

At least Seattle had some days recently before today with highs in the low 80s and sunny. Just two days ago the high was 82 degrees and sunny.

I know. I love watching the British Open when the conditions are rough. It really brings out the best in the competition. Usually during the US Open Championship the weather is boring.

Same old same old here with our current weather. Summer stability is amazing to me compared to our winters.
