I would have voted for Winnepeg if their summers were 4-5C warmer.... But they are not, so I will go with the almost year round heat that Austin has to offer.

Winnipeg. Although it may have many flaws, it has a winter, which is more than what I can say for Austin.

Austin by a mile. or 1000 miles. Love Austin summers and autumn... winter is also warm and comfortable.
