Currently 9 C / 48 F.

It looks like we might finally have a month with average (or above average) sunshine after several gloomy months.

Here in Pittsburgh it's 83 with maybe 60% cloud-cover with plenty of sunshine hitting the ground. Although, weather.com says it's cloudy (no sun). Not true at all! It was cloudy with some rain earlier, now the clouds are decreasing and the sun is shining.

We (London less so, but definitely the north and west) get 90 km/h winds and above a lot in winter, but they come off the Atlantic and lead to heavy rain and a lot of destroyed umbrellas (which are useless in those conditions anyway unless you hold them as a shield as the rain is almost horizontal). As for the weather here, from 80F and sunny at lunchtime to 60F and a band of fairly heavy rain by sunset.
Oh we get that a lot here during cold winter-spring SW outbreaks!
Sunny skies can prevail for days on end but that cold gusty and icy westerly wind pretty much ruins it all for us!

Last day of a grey and chilly month of July, with temps that hardly passed the 20° Celsius barrier. From next week, warmer weather is predicted - FINALLY!

Last night the temp was 91. Today it is still warm and pool is just right at 94.....We retired early at 55 and couldn't wait to get to Florida. Finally built my electronics filled man-cave with Sat and cable tvs tuned on weather, South America, Bermuda, NE USA, Tamps Fl. and AZ....Oh another tuned in on the NYstock market.. .Basketball season was great too...

Glad to leave the Philly area for weather without the cold. SE Florida is dry for now.... Need some rain but not a hurricane.
Maybe we'll get the much needed rain to keep the gators at bay..

26.8C | 80F today in NW Victoria, Australia today with sunshine.... same for tomorrow and Thursday! Lovely balmy evening, about 19-20C at 6:30pm. After weeks of anemic 15-20C max's and nights of 5C it feels like summer alright
