I'd choose Miami in a flash, Montana would never be a consideration unless my other choice was Barrow, Alaska or something of that nature. Lol I'd rather sweat in a t-shirt and shorts than sweat in a coat or jacket.
This "Hell" hovering over 70% of the U.S. feels WAY better than winter or fall, I'd take a whole season of this super summer if it meant getting rid of most of the winter.
