My husband lived right outside Caribou in New Sweden about 15 mins away give or take for 17 years. Seen snow in every month except July... I went up one year in Aug to visit and it was so cold in the am we scraped ice off our car window... In AUG! it gets a F from me.. I've seen the snow fall amounts they get and to only remember white halloweens as a kid isn't fun, and snow in May.. Yuck! Snow to your second story window as a norm is crap

B+/A-, beautiful climate that is like a continental version of an alpine climate. I always find it a little strange that on the East Coast area a good amount of precipitation falls as rain even in the middle of a very cold winter like this.

C. Too cold winters, but saved from D/E because I like the mild sunrise times in winter months.

The exact opposite of A (F), it's worse than Upstate NY where I was from!

E, too many problems to name. Too cold in the winter, Neverending winter that lasts into May, far too snowy, terrible shoulder seasons, underwhelming summers, etc
